Shipment costs vary depending on destination - rate is calculated at checkout. 

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

No extra taxes or custom fees are charged for our orders to the EU*. Our Danish office handles all import taxes and duties for you.

Orders to the EU are shipped to our Danish offices from Los Angeles. You will receive a tracking number within 3-7 business days when the order leaves our Danish office. Please allow an additional 5-8 business days for delivery.

Yes, it will arrive in our exclusive pouch or a gift box. A certificate and care card are enclosed.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To start a return or exchange, please e-mail our customer service team at support@nialayahelp.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours with details on how to process your return or exchange.

Exchanging your item once is free within 30 days of the date that the order was placed. Unfortunately, we do not offer free exchange service if you live in the following countries: Indonesia, Egypt, Czech Republic, Russia, China, Poland, Africa, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Taiwan. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Does Nialaya offer warranty on the jewelry?

Over the years we have worked hard to create the highest quality of handmade jewelry for our customers. Our quality is among the very highest in the industry and we are now able to offer LIFETIME GUARANTEE on all items purchased on or after April 1, 2018 on NIALAYA.COM or in our Los Angeles Flagship Store only. Your first three bracelet repairs will be covered under this warranty. Please note that we do not offer lifetime guarantee on any items purchased outside of our own website or flagship store. Receipt must be presented to use the lifetime guarantee.

The guarantee covers the following:

- Broken string or elastic
- Cracked beads
- Damaged lock or closure

Please note that the guarantee does not cover plating issues, discoloration of beads and leather, or broken and ripped necklaces. We offer low cost repairs on broken necklaces, please contact our customer service team to learn more. 
The customer is still responsible for all shipping costs.

Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

If you have a repair, please e-mail support@nialayahelp.com for details on how to process your repair. Once we have received your repair at our office, we are not able to store your item for longer than 90 days.
